Service Objective

​

Those who are diploma, Graduates or Post Graduates, degree holders in Engineering, Technology, Arts, Commerce, Science, Computer Applications & Management programs, shall get Specialised Training called P4E2. Those learners who are currently in the final stage of completing above mentioned academic program can also approach it. It is Pre-Placement Preparation Programme for Employability Enhancement. The program shall train such Higher Educational Institution (HEI) learners on various & essential employability skills and competencies to enhance their employability.

Service Process

​

Step 1 - 

The above-mentioned category of learners can approach us by visiting our website www.metreec.com and can read the related information mentioned in that respective service section. Learners can go to the Contact section of the website and fill in their details and submit it by clicking on the submit button.

Step 2 -  

METREEC executive will contact the learner to fix a mutually agreed date & time for the initial counseling session.

Step 3 - 

Counselling session with Chief Education Officer (CEO), shall be a learning experience in itself for the learners. The way the session progresses ensures that the learner opens up, and talks freely, without tension about what type of job & in which sector they want to serve. CEO while giving them a lot of information about job opportunities in different economic sectors, also gives them information about corporate requirements or expectations about the skills or competencies needed for the respective job openings in their organization. In this same session, the learner gets a brief idea about the P4E2 program details. Learners shall be asked to visit the website and register for Specialised Training P4E2.

Step 4 - 

On registering for the specialised training program P4E2, and after paying the moderate fee, learners will have access to P4E2 contents uploaded on the Online learning platform or METREEC Learning Management System (LMS) spread over ten modules. Learners shall be engaged for about ten weeks during which they go through Self Learning Material (SLM) e-text, Recorded Video lectures, and Live interactive sessions. During this period, learner gets a lot of information about enhancing skills and competencies needed to prepare them for corporate employment.

Service Outcome: The learner after successful completion of the program gets a certificate.  Successful completion ensures the learner has acquired the employability skills and competencies needed for getting employment in the corporate.
