Course Title: Online certificate Course in Management Profession (OCCMP)
Course Duration: Three months (12 weeks; 5 hrs per week or 60 hours for learners' engagement)
Course Description: The course is designed to develop fresh Management diplomas or degree holders into a competitive Management professional capable of solving management problems. This course trains learners on various skill sets or competencies that are needed to enhance their thinking in dealing with day-to-day challenges in the real world. The course trains learners on how to think like a Management professional.

Course Learning Objectives:

1. To make learners aware of themselves, their society, their nation, their world, and its complexity.

2. To make learners responsible human beings who help themselves and help other fellow human being to perform better in human activities.

3. To make learners effective communicators,

4. To make learners apply science, maths, and informatics knowledge effectively in dealing with real-world situations.

5. To make learners aware of the Management field and Management profession.

6. To make learners understand Management fundamental terms, concepts, and ideas.

7. To make learners understand Management issues and various ways to solve them.

8. To undertake a study project to consolidate the learning of all the above objectives.
